 I offer affordable web hosting to each customer at the low rate of only $4.99/month.   This charged automatically billed through PayPal:

Monthly payment: $4.99

Or you may pay a yearly rate and save $10.00!
Yearly rate (billed once a year): $49.99

Updates
Updating your site is easy.   After the initial site creation is complete, my client is charged $150.00 for a 4 hour block of studio/update time.    A log is kept each time an update is made and time is deducted from the balance.   When the balance is 0 and the credit is depleted, a new charge will be assessed. 

It could take years to deplete the balance of time, depending on the amount of changes made.   This is the easiest and most cost effective way to offer site updates.
